With "David Garrett Live - In Concert & In Private" the 28-year-old violin virtuoso David Garrett releases his first live DVD. In addition to classics of rock music, great classical melodies and world-famous film scores, the DVD contains eight previously unreleased songs by the star violinist, such as "Smile"; "A Whole New World" or "Volare". In addition to the elaborate recording of the concert, the 50-minute bonus material provides intimate insights into his everyday touring life and also takes the viewer to his adopted home, New York.
The winner of the coveted Echo Klassik music prize gives a very private interview here for the first time, describing the ups and downs of his musical career and the challenges of his virtuoso violin playing.
