In 2006 David Garrett recorded his first crossover album "Free" (international) and "Virtuoso" (Germany). It reflects the musical taste of a 26 year old who loves the great melodies, no matter which genre they come from. Besides the virtuoso interpretation of popular classical pieces, the album also contains romantic film music and three very different original compositions.
